Steps to register a limited liability company (LLC) in Uzbekistan:
- Reserve the company name (done online).
- Prepare the charter and the founders' decision/agreement.
- Apply for state registration via the "one-stop-shop" centre or the unified online portal.
- Open a bank account.
Registration is usually completed within one business day. For most activities there is no minimum charter-capital requirement. After registration, tax registration is performed automatically. A foreign founder can also establish an LLC, subject to general requirements.
