How do I register an LLC in Uzbekistan?
Steps to register a limited liability company (LLC) in Uzbekistan:
1. Reserve the company name (done online).
2. Prepare the charter and the founders' decision/agreement.
3. Apply for state registration via the "one-stop-shop" centre or the unified online portal.
4. Open a bank account.
Registration is usually completed within one business day. For most activities there is no minimum charter-capital requirement. After registration, tax registration is performed automatically.
