How can I appeal an administrative fine in Uzbekistan?
A decision imposing administrative liability can be appealed:
1. File the appeal within the set period (generally 10 days) from receiving a copy of the decision.
2. The appeal goes to the higher authority over the body that issued the decision, or directly to the court.
3. Unless the law provides otherwise, the decision is not enforced while the appeal is pending.
State the decision number and date, the grounds for objection, and supporting evidence. The court or higher authority may cancel, change, or uphold the decision.
